What is it all about?
SMS Banking is a short code based interactive service whereby Barclaycard customers get card information and transaction alerts by SMSing Barclays from cell phones.
Now you can:
- Receive alerts on transactions
- Receive payment reminders
- Check latest statement details
- Check mini statement details
- Check utility bills
Coming soon:
- Check your balance to date
- Pay utility bills
All of this at an annual subscription fee of AED100.
Important Note:
- This service is currently offered for Etisalat customers only.
- Normal SMS charge applies for all SMS queries sent by customers.
- If a customer has 2 cards, separate subscription should be done for each.
