Ways to pay
There are many convenient ways that you can make your monthly repayments:
Please remember, however you pay, the amount of credit will not be available to you until your payment is cleared.
At a Cash Cheque Deposit Machine (CCDM): You can make your Barclaycard bill payments through the Cash Cheque Deposit Machines located at all branches & service centres.
- Simply visit any Barclays CCDM (Your credit card should NOT be inserted into the CCDM)
- Choose ‘Barclaycard Payment’ option on the screen
- Type your Barclaycard number
- Validate that the cardholder name and card number are correct
- You can choose to make your payment in Cash or Cheque
- Collect the acknowledgement receipt
- Barclays Branch: Complete a bank deposit slip and make your cheque payable to ‘Barclays Bank card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx’ and ensure that you write your name and mobile number on the back. - Barclays Service Centre (Allow three working days for processing): Complete a bank deposit slip and make your cheque payable to ‘Barclays Bank Card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx’ and ensure that you write your name and mobile number on the back. - UAE Exchange centres: (Allow three working days for processing) Complete a deposit slip including your name, contact details and card number. Payment must be made in cash/cheque by you or your representative and you/they will receive an acknowledgement slip.
- Pay by post: (Allow five working days for mail to be received and your payment processed): Detach the Payment slip included on your statement and return it with your cheque payable to ‘Barclays Bank card number xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx’ and ensure that you write your name and mobile number on the back.
- Barclays Phone Banking: You can make your Barclaycard payments by calling the Barclays Phone Banking on 04 428 6000. This is only applicable if you have a Barclays UAE account. Contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Please keep your Barclaycard receipts in a safe place for at least six months after they were issued. It’s also a good idea to keep a note of any time you use your Barclaycard over the phone, Internet or post. Keeping track of your transactions in this way will help you with any queries you may have in the future.
